This is a Hybrid role based out of our Sheffield Office.

Play a crucial role part within the Client Account Management function focusing on important Client Service requests and key administrative tasks to ensure our clients and customers continue to receive the first class service ASK4 are known for. This role has a direct impact on maintaining client satisfaction and provides the opportunity to work with internal stakeholders across the organisation as a voice for the customer.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Update and maintain client records and key contacts to ensure effective communication between ASK4 and clients.
  • Log and track client risks and issues to help Client Account Managers proactively manage potential escalations.
  • Monitor contract renewal dates and provide early alerts to the Account Management Team.
  • Gather competitive and market intelligence from newsletters and press releases to support client strategy discussions.
  • Coordinate client escalations by logging issues and following up until resolution.
  • Assist with preparing Client Service Review reports.
  • Handle ad hoc client communications via Mailjet.
  • Support the Account Management Team with small projects.
  • Manage shared inboxes and serve as a contact during team absences.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of: 

  • Providing excellent customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Managing and maintaining client records, contracts, and service documentation accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Using Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, to manage data and reporting efficiently.
  • Administering shared inboxes and managing client correspondence with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Ensuring data integrity across multiple systems and platforms through strong organisational skills
